In 2004, family farm owners Scott and April Sloan of Stryker, Ohio, sensed the need to reduce natural gas usage on their grain and hog farm.  They began by investigating the use of outdoor wood furnaces and boilers to heat their house, shop and pig nursery.  This ultimately led to their partnership with HeatMaster furnaces.  Today, Heartland Energy proudly provides service, sale and installation of these cost-effective, high-efficiency outdoor furnaces throughout Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky.
